You are probably reading this because you are in pursuit of something more: financial freedom, a way out of a job you do not like, seeking your own business so you can spend more time with your family, etc… I can go on and on and on about the reasons you may be looking to learn how to or be better at creating an online stream of income. Whatever the reason, I am curious to hear about your successes, your roadblocks and your failures.
You see, I struggle mentally with this every day. I am not moving at the pace I would like. Sound familiar? Are you miserable and this is your way out? If so, what the heck are you doing? Let’s get gettin’. I have some trouble getting going on my projects but my dilemma is odd, or so I think. I am very happy with where I am in life. I love my career but I also love making money online, I love being an entrepreneur and I love the idea of financial security and multiple streams of internet income. I have been there, achieved great online successes, learned a lot and am ready for more. Am I complacent? I don’t know, but it bothers me.
What about you? Are you happy with what you have and struggling to get going or are you miserable and looking for a way out? No matter what the case, I have been more diligent and disciplined about getting things going here. My key is just blocking out time. I am finally settled into my new house and have the major projects out of the way. I only have little things to tackle and I know that the list is endless. Realizing this, I am beginning to block out time for myself each week to get things rolling. Last week I got this blog to look a little more like the main website. I still have some work to do here but am happy with it for now. I added an ad campaign to one of my affiliate marketing efforts and I wrote some materials for this blog. This is more progress in two weeks than I have made in quite some time. So for now, try to figure out why you want to have your own home business, why generating income online is important to you, slow down, schedule time for yourself and chip away at it. We will chat about this later in a more formal post but for now, I just needed to get this out of my head and onto paper.
