revolutionlogopostI just figured I would drop in, share an update and give you something of some value to soak in.  First, I finally have a few sites up and running.  BUT, after you have a site up and running you really, really need to buckle down and start marketing your site.  So that’s what I began this weekend. 

I thought a lot about my business and got some clarity about where I want to take this thing.  I began developing my business strategy, an easy to replicate marketing system and the defining of a few different selling systems.

I took all of my ideas, collected them in one place and began to map out my plan.  I am using some poster size Post-Its and mind maps.

After completing my first pass at my marketing system, I realized how much is involved and made the decision to begin outsourcing some of the marketing.  At least enough to begin driving some product sales to produce enough cash flow to tackle “My Plan”.

I began looking for some outsourced employees and have emailed about a dozen to see if any of them are still available.  I will go through some more resumes tomorrow night and send about a dozen more emails.

In the meantime, I am putting the finishing touches on my plan.  Upon completion I will begin a 90 day, full court press to get the plan implemented and generating significant cash flow.

So that’s an update of what’s going on here.  I am definitely going to have some cool tools, programs and strategies to talk about and review over the next 90 days so stay tuned!
